A Texas native who won his first local cook-off in 1984, Kevin Foley met his wife Donna on the chili trail and has state titles in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii. He won Traditional Red in 2022 and 2024 and Homestyle in 2023, and received a WCCC Grand Master Red Chili Cook Award in 2016. ICS publishes the same red recipe for both of his red titles.
